I have a select consultancy, working with organizations, executives, managers teams, and other stakeholders to help them effect positive, creative and lasting change.
My approach produces results by using objective analysis, calling upon my years of experience, and by assisting my clients to arrive at their own diagnosis and the design and implementation of their own solution(s).
Sometimes the proposed approach or strategy will be entirely new (here, my transferable successes working with countless other organizations all around the globe have proven to be highly useful). Sometimes I will suggest that a proven strategy be reconfigured and then applied for use in completely new and different ways.
I have become very skilled at “playing clients back to themselves,” so to speak—helping them see how they, their leadership behavior, management strategies and/or personal styles are perceived by their own people and, where appropriate, by other stakeholders and outside constituencies.
My services are provided with complete confidentiality. Should a decision be made to work together, there will be a mutual agreement, in advance, regarding the extent, parameters and duration of the engagement. It is important that my clients understand and agree that we should work together only for as long as they feel that I am adding real, measurable value.
