Dr. Rambo is an Executive Coach and consultant in Organization Development, Managerial Performance Enhancement, Boards of Directors Effectiveness, Executive Compensation and Benefits, Team building, Diversity and Human Resources Management. He is also Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management at the Hult International Business School, Cambridge, MA and Adjunct Professor at the Bentley College Graduate School of Business in Waltham, MA.

For four years he served as Dean and Professor of Human Resources Management and Organization Development at INCAE, the premier business school in Central America, located on two campuses in San Jose (Alajuela), Costa Rica and Managua (Montefresco), Nicaragua.

For over twenty years, he was Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources at Arthur D. Little, an internationally recognized management, research and technical consulting firm with nearly 3000 consultants in thirty offices located in eighteen countries.

While at Arthur D. Little, Dr. Rambo was responsible for the broad range of Human Resources activities including Recruiting, Organization Development, Performance Management, Training and Development, Compensation and Incentive Compensation Planning, Team Building and Valuing Diversity programs. He was also a member of the Corporate Management Group and was actively involved in the company's general management and performance improvement initiatives, worldwide.

Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, Dr. Rambo held senior Human Resources Management positions at the Ford Motor Company's World Headquarters and at General Electric's Aircraft Engine Division.

He has been engaged as a consultant for multinational corporations, governmental agencies, educational institutions, professional corporations, family-owned businesses, and not-for-profit organizations in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. He has also served and continues to serve on corporate and not-for-profit boards of directors.

Throughout his career he has been heavily involved with education and educational institutions at all levels: elementary, secondary, college and postgraduate. He has taught and lectured students, worked with faculty and senior administrators, and conducted Executive Seminars at colleges and universities all over the globe including: Brandeis University, M.I.T., Harvard Business School, Babson College, Miami University of Ohio, Bentley College, The University of Colon in Germany, Pakistan Institute of Management, The University of Cincinnati, The College of Eastern Utah, The Asian Development Bank's Management Development Institute in Manila, The University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business, Singapore Campus, INFOTEC Management Training Institute in Mexico City, Wheelock College, and the Arthur D. Little School of Management at Boston College.

Dr. Rambo received his M.A. and Ph.D. at Wayne State University in Organizational-Industrial Psychology, studied Industrial Relations at the University of Illinois and completed postdoctoral studies at the Harvard University Graduate School of Education.

He is a licensed psychologist and is the author and co-author of numerous articles and publications on a wide range of topics related to Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Team Building and the Management of Diversity.
